Note on AI-assisted content creation (EU AI Act, Art. 50)

Heldenflug uses AI-assisted processes to generate personalised book content and illustrations from your input (wishes, descriptions, optionally a photo of your child). Large language and image models from external providers are used (see the privacy policy, processors section). Content is automatically checked for quality, age-appropriateness and factual correctness before delivery.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG under the general laws. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected.
